Plugins

Has anything change recently with the file Nessus downloads using
nessus-update-plugins. When I run it now, it runs fine as normal but when I
try to import my plugins into a mysql database using the updateplugins.pl
script from inprotect I get 
ERROR 1062 at line 331: Duplicate entry '12036' for key 1.

I'm just curious if anything has changed or if anyone else is experiencing
this. Nothing has changed on my side, this was all fine up to about 7pm GMT
yesterday.
