Need help to find nessusd.conf

I'm running FC3 and mine is located in /usr/local/etc/nessus.

try 'locate nessusd.conf' 
or from / 
'find . -print | grep nessusd.conf'

Hello,

I want to modify server setting but I can't find nessusd.conf.
No directory named "Nessus" under /etc.
My Nessus version is 2.2.5 .
Could someone give me a solution ?
