Nessus 3.0 Command line help

Hi need a bit of help

Was using version 2 to gen html reports
nessus  -T html_graph -qxV -c /tmp/custom-nessusrc nessushost 1241 user 
pass /home/user/target/targetfile /wwwserver/nessus/
this works great but a bit slow so i decided to install N3.0

1. After installing I cant seem to create a custom .nessusrc when I run 
the NessusWX client no ~/.nessusrc file is created.

2. The option for '-T html_graph' dose not seem to be there any more  
anyone know of a way to  get it back.
