empty NG Report

Does anyone have any experience with this? I've got a nessus 2.0.5
server and client on a Solaris 8 box, scanning a Windows 2000 AS/SP3
box on a small isolated network. I select all of the available plugins
and start the scan. I see only one scan going, and when it completes,
scanning stops and the NG report appears. This report is empty save
for the IP address of the host being scanned. The error log
(nessusd.dump) has seven "connect : Connection refused" lines in it.
The logfile shows about 1500 tests completing successfully, and 500 not.

Any help with this will be appreciated.
