Failed Scan

[Yang Xiao]

Hi all,
I'm running 1.2.6 on RH8.0, the port scan fails when I tried to scan hosts on the internet but works fine when I run it against local hosts, does anyone have similar problems and give me a pointer as to what's wrong with my setup?
