Pb to update plugins via nesssus-update-plugins

Okay, a temporary web site has been set up at http://63.105.37.101 (and
www.nessus.org should resolve to that IP shortly), so 
http://www.nessus.org/nasl/all-2.0.tar.gz should be back up in a couple
of minutes (the time the DNS caches get updated).
