Scanning more the one system issues

How are the scan's being submitted? 
 
Command line nessus client, GTK Client, nessus WX (windows client), or
some other client (web etc).

Nessus Version 2.0.12.  I have been having problems when setting up a
scan to more then one server listing out using commas, or a dash in the
IP for a range of servers, the only thing that shows up in the active
scanning window is the first host in the list.
 
Anyone have and idea what is causing this.
