Nmap/Nessus question

I have been trying to perform a scan with nmap, and then feed the greppable
results into nessus to help with filtering out certain hosts. When I tried
this recently, I excluded my host from the nmap scan, but when I did the
nessus scan, my host was listed. Does anyone have any recommendations on
how to accomplish this? I know I can filter my host out of the NBE file
before generating my reports, but I was hoping to avoid that step.
Also, I would really like to have the nmap log in addition to the nessus
results, so I don't want to rely on nmap.nasl. I have purchased the recent
nessus book from Syngress, but there is no mention of this in it anywhere.
When I ran the nessus scan, I chose "Enable all but dangerous plugins". Is
that the source of my problem? Do I just need to exclude nmap.nasl from the
list? Or, should I break up the target selection to not include my IP
address? Maybe I just answered my own question. :)
In case it helps, I am running nessus 2.2.0 and nmap 3.75 on MandrakeLinux
10.0 Official.
Thanks in advance,
