I have scanned several machines that do not have this patch, and nessus is not generating a vulnerability. I am running nessus 2.0.12 on Linux Kernel 2.6. I have enabled plugin dependencies, and given nessus an smb account with remote registry access. Is anyone else experiencing this, or have you had success identifying machines with out the patch?
