Nessus kills FLEXlm

We have found that licence managers based on FLEXlm, running on Windows
servers, can reliably be killed using Nessus. I have found only one
related reference; port scanning FLEXlm causing it to utilise 100% CPU:

Has anyone else seen this or had contrary experience?
