problem with nessus 2.0.10

Hi,
 
I'm using Nessus 2.0.10 on Redhat linux. When I scan
a Windows 2003 system with IIS 6.0 that connects into
a SQL 2000 database running on Windows 2003 the
database builds up over 30000 active connections and
doesn't accept anymore connections even though I have
enabled all checks except DOS.
 
Has anyone seen anything like this before.
