'nessus-fetch --register' does not leave any file behind it.
'nessus-fetch --plugins' _does_ leave files behind, but they are cleaned
up by nessus-update-plugins.

Typically, as a user, you should only run nessus-fetch _once_ (when
registering), then use nessus-update-plugins to fetch the new plugins.
