How to integrate plugins e.g. Hydra, nmap, nikto into the nessus?

Hi all,
I am new to nessus and the other scanning tools, so I will ask a very simple question.

I have installed the packages - nessus, nmap, nikto, hydra... on my Solaris machine.
There are no error msgs during installation.

But after I successfully launched the nessus client GUI, I can't find the nmap, nikto and hydra plugins.
Which config files I need to modify?
