Error E0002 when I try to scan any server

Hi, this is my first time to use Nessus on Linux (not familiar with Linux as well), so I hope I will not ask stupid question.

I installed nessus (using the lynx -source http://install.nessus.org | sh)
and also created certificate and user as the Nessus installation instruction said.

However, when I run nessus and try to scan any server, including localhost, it is failing and writes"E002 - These hosts could not tested because you are not allowed to do so: IP address", it then shows another error that says: "nessus returned an ampty report"

I want to be able to scan servers that are mostly Windows and some are Linux.

I have a feeling this may be due to some rule settings on nessusd.rules. So, what propert rule should I have in that file? I want to be able to scan several servers at the same time. Please help me. Thank you.
