Hi Greg. I, too, would be interested in such a document if you come across 
it. In the mean-time, a semi-brute-force idea might be to use the stock 
Nessus clients (2.0.x and 2.2.x) to create two .nessusrc files, pipe them 
through 'sort', then run 'diff' between them.

Not very clean at all, but it may do the trick.
