checking UPnP on Routers

Hi,

at least here in germany there is an increasing number of 
DSL/Cable-Customers with a UPnP-Capable router, even some rirewalls 
seem to support UPnP.

UPnP on routers should allow remote users to open a port.
Is there a chance to have a plugin thats checking wether it's 
possible to open a port on a router via a UPnP-Request?
