If you work under *nix, add a crontab entry to run your scan(s) from the
commandline.  Do "man nessus" to see the basic syntax for doing this. 

You may find it easier to develop a separate script that creates the
target file, runs the scan, and processes the results in some fashion;
the crontab entry then calls your script.
