scan dependencies

I was just running an SSL test against a few networks, 1 port only, server
v2.0.12. In the Win gui I disabled all plugins, and then turned on two checks:
"SSL Ciphers" (10863) and "NSS Library SSLv2 Challenge Overflow" (14361). Also
enabled dependencies, since it didn't seem to want to identify SSL without
something else (as I expected).
It was taking longer than I thought it should, and checked nessusd.log and found
that it was running DDI_Directory_Scanner.nasl against all the hosts. I'm trying
to follow the tree of dependencies in the scripts to see why it's running, but I
can't find it...
So, is there an easier way to figure out why it's running--what is dependent on
it? To run two SSL tests it doesn't seem like it should be a requirement to run
a directory scanner...
Thanks
Sullo
