nessus results

Hi,

I scan a windows 2000 pro with nessus and got less
volunrabilities then when I scan the same machine with
Retina.
how can that be !!

I have a felling that nessus doesnt check all the
volunrabilities it has although they are checked, I
think does it takes it too short time ( about 2
minutes to scan a host,Retina scans this host in about
2 hours!!).
also how I download plug ins?
