Subject pretty much says it all...

When nessus 2.2.0 is run with the output format set to XML I get all sorts of information about the <plugins> used, but absolutely nothing in the <results> section...

And a suggestion:
An option to specify the .nessusrc file on the command line would be an excellent idea...
