Manually Update Plug-ins

I think Bob is searching for a way to update the plugins without connection 
to the internet.

Bob, I never tried but I think all you have to do is to download the actual 
plugins (http://www.nessus.org/nasl/all-2.0.tar.gz), copy them to your 
plugin dir and restart nessusd.
