Extra Plugins in SCANNER_SET

I have seen a few instances, on a few different Nessus scanners, on both 
2.0.10+ and 2.2.x versions, where some extra plugins are getting into the 
SCANNER_SET in the .nessusrc file. Specifically plugins 10277 and 10278. 
Looking at those two, they do not look like scanners of any sort and I can 
not see anything in the NASL files that would cause them to get into the 
SCANNER_SET. Is anyone else seeing this behavior?
