Valid "Empy report" messages?

This occurs when Nessus thinks the target is dead.  Assuming it was
truly up and reachable when the scan ran, this can mean either the
target is a printer and you enabled plugin #11933 or, more likely, the
ping_host or nmap scanner failed.  In the event of the latter, you may
find success in tweaking the port range used for the scan to include any
ports you know are open on the targets and ensuring you're using a TCP
rather than an ICMP ping.
