DoS attack

Hi All,

if i check my Setup's security for DoS attack thru nessus, will my setup 
will face some kind of problem........
in documentation of Nessus they r mentionning that

"All the security checks are performed except the DoS attacks, because I 
do not need my Host to crash at this moment."

I need to check up set up for DoS attack
