you can now write up a 'Denial of Service' advisory for Tivoli
 
there is nothing nessus should be doing that should crash a well written
app.
 
Now, on to how to avoid it:  add ip address to nessusd.rules, write a
plugi to detect it and mark Host/OS dead... write a plugin to crash it
(and include it in your security advisory to Tivoli)
