- nCircle, Foundstone and Symantec already compete with Nessus/Tenable as they
are selling proprietary security scanners. *If* these guys were using the Nessus
checks (or part of their contents) they would be in serious legal trouble, even
if everything was released under the GPL ;

the 'OVAL' initiative (a good idea badly implemented IMHO) ;
