Nessus 2.2.x vs. 2.3.0

Related question:

Is there any easy way to tell what changed between releases?  Maybe a 
changelog available through the Nessus website?  Or release notes available 
through the website?

I think I remember something like this available on the old website, but I 
can't find any useful information at all on the new site.  Am I overlooking 
it (if so, please show me where it is), or is it just not available?
