update-nessusrc needs several Perl modules that are not generally
distributed with Perl itself.  LWP::UserAgent is one; it and others are
listed in the documenation, in the section talking about program
requirements. 

You should use whatever package management software your OS /
distribution provides to install these additional modules, or
alternatively, use cpan (see "man cpan").
