Im not sure what has happened but my Nessus scanner never reports on anything anymore, the scan always completes after about a second, it's like it didn't even bother scanning, even on just a port scan. I use the latest Nessus scanner and I use the NessusClient GUI.
1. Can I set the NessusCLient back to the defaults?
2. I don't know how to scan via command line, is there an example I could use against our email webserver I could use? I'm just wondering if it's the client.
I hope you can help as it has worked for us in the past.
