<TD class='mybody'><pre>Hi All,<br /><br />My environment:<br />OS: MS Windows XP SP2, and close the system firewall<br />Nessus: Version 3.0.6.1<br /><br />Problem:<br />Install nessus with default configuration, client can not connect to local nessus;<br />Modify the listening IP to my LAN IP address, local and remote client can not connect to nessus server;<br /><br />Error logs:<br />$install_dir\logs\server.log<br />---"scan.exe closed connection : 109"<br /><br />My actions:<br />0. search in mailing list, no usefull information;<br />1. reinstall Nessus, doesn't work;<br />2. apply activatioin key with 'service provider', doesn't work;<br />3. capture the packets locally, not more information founded;<br /><br />I need your help, and thanks in advance.<br /><br /><br />Regards,<br />Albert</pre></TD>
